October 2009 Newsleter
.
Well what a season we have had this year. We had a large number
of new riders that have joined the club who have all done very
well. We hope to see you all racing next year too!!!
The club as a whole have done very well. We were 3rd in the
South West Regional Series, 5th at the SW Champs and 19th at the
Brits.
I would also like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for
their help at the works party at the weekend. Without all your
help we would not have a club.
Brits - Cheddar
After a great season of racing we all headed off to Broadway
House, Cheddar for the British Champs. We couldn’t have asked
for better weather and the atmosphere was fantastic…the South
West certainly were the GREEN ARMY!!!! Despite the accidents
there was some good racing too.
SW Champs - Duchy
Another trip down to Cornwall saw us at the South West Champs.
The weather could have been better but we still had a good day.
We now have 2 SW1 riders and saw a lot of Exeter riders in the
top 3 of their age groups. Well done to you all.
